PerfMon (Floating Performance Monitor) has been released !
As the app name suggests, PerfMon shows you various performance metrics of your device (Forground App details, CPU Usage, Disk I/O, Network I/O), and stays on top in front of the running apps. It also shows a unique metric: CPU Capacity usage, which scales the current CPU Usage to what it would be if all available cores were running at full speed.
It's a great tool for both power-users and developers!
