CFCv2

As some of you may know the latest update to CFC enabled UltraHQ mode - PNG quality inside QTC files.

I've also been working with creating CFCv2, which essentially would put all Manila files into a single zip file, saving speed, disk access, and a hell of a lot of 'randomly' named files in your \Windows.

I've spent some more time working on this. I've tried a lot of methods to hook the relevant Windows Mobile functions needed to make this work - in Kernel, in Manila, and in injected DLLs. I thought I was finally getting somewhere - but unfortunately bust. Again there are two functions I seem to be unable to patch.

Back to the drawing board - though I'm starting to doubt if this hack will ever see the light at all.
